I want to thank you again for such a great experience choosing my glasses! When I walked through the door, my husband commented that be there for hours, as always. To begin, a great part of my experience was the hospitality and friendliness we experienced! The glass of beer my hubby enjoyed while waiting in a comfortable chair for what he thought would be hours helped to get him to sit patiently without complaining I really can blame him since it has always been difficult for me to choose a frame to fit my face and personality. Everywhere else I've gone looking for glasses, all he would say was, "Those are nice", As his patience waned...When the glasses would come in, I would always look in the mirror and question my choice.
My experience at Clear View Optix changed everything about the process, and it was a whole new experience for me (us)! It began when I entered telling you that I needed a new pair of glasses-(duh) that were a little different, possibly with an upsweep (just a slight cat eye look) to counteract that which gravity has robbed me of. In record time (two minutes!) they were in your hands, on my face, and SOLD! Second guessing my choice, quite typical for me, I did not doubt that you, Ron, have an eye (no pun intended) for fashion and immediately identified the most flattering frame for me without my having to even look any further. It took minutes, not hours, to choose the first pair that you took off the shelf- they were just perfect! I'm thrilled and can't wait to get those feather-light and stylish frames.
In the meantime, I love my funky new Zero Gravity sunglasses! Always a fan of Maui Jim sunglasses, the Zero Gravity frames proved to be light, more fun, with clear and distortion-free lenses. Aloha, Maui.... I'll never go back! Those who are willing to spend a little more for great style and excellent service are missing out if they don't stop in to see for themselves. My husband didn't even get to finish his beer!! Please let me know if you don't receive my prescription from NJ by late this morning, and I'll call them.
